How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on sumefridays.com at any time to view your order history and tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please email [email protected] immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t processed yet.

What currency do you charge in?
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars ($).

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping so you can get your Summer Fridays glow no matter where you are located.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic (US): Standard shipping rates and free shipping thresholds will be calculated at checkout.

International: Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Summer Fridays products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I start a return?

Are Summer Fridays products clean and vegan?
Yes! We pride ourselves on creating formulas that are vegan, cruelty-free, and clean. We do not use parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, or fragrances that compromise your skin’s health.

Where can I find the full ingredient list for a product?
Full ingredient lists are located on each individual product page under the “Ingredients” tab, as well as on the physical product packaging.

Are your products safe for pregnancy or nursing?
All of our products are formulated to be safe and gentle, but we always recommend consulting with your physician or dermatologist before starting a new skincare routine during pregnancy or nursing.
